H2 Equity Partners was involved in the carve-out acquisition of Acal BFi, a leading pan-European provider of value-added design solutions, electronic components, and custom products across a broad range of technologies and applications from electric components parent company, discoverIE Group.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
