Stable’s $46.5 Million Series A Round

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP advised Greycroft Capital with a team including Shawn Atkinson (Picture – Corporate M&A), Jacqui Hatfield (Finance), Faraaz Samadi (IP&IT).

Greycroft Capital announced its investment in insurtech startup Stable’s $46.5 million Series A financing round.

Notion Capital, Anthemis, Continental Grain and existing backers Syngenta and Ascot also participated in the round, which brings Stable’s total funds raised to about $50 million.

Greycroft is a venture capital firm that focuses on technology start-ups and investments in the Internet and mobile markets.

The Orrick team was led by Shawn Atkinson (Picture) and included Stephen Tallon, Emma Cameron, Ian Shaw, Jacqui Hatfield, Rebecca Kellner, Faraaz Samadi, Jonelle Afonso, Anna O’Kelly, Charlotte Oliver and Sam Denison.
