The site will also feature 22,000 sq ft of onsite amenities for residents including a gym, co-working areas and a rooftop terrace.  The development will be built sustainably and use at least 50% less operational carbon and 30% less embodied carbon than buildings built to current building regulations.

Partner Simon Robinson (Picture), led on the project for Trowers. Simon Robinson was assisted by Jubad Hussain with litigation partner Michael Green leading on vacant possession negotiations.
