Humana Inc.executed its offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.65% Senior Notes due 2023, $750 million aggregate principal amount of 1.35% Senior Notes due 2027 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.15% Senior Notes due 2032.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand and borrowings under its $500 million Delayed Draw Term Loan, to fund the purchase price of the acquisition of Kindred at Home.
