Wiliot’s $200 Million Series C Financing

Wiliot, a leader in Sensing as a Service and the Internet of Things (IoT), completed its Series C financing, led by Softbank Vision Fund II.

Wiliot is a Sensing as a Service company whose cloud platform connects the digital and physical worlds using its IoT Pixel tagging technology. Its vision is to expand the IoT to include everyday products, adding intelligence to plastic crates, pharmaceuticals, packaging, clothes, and other products, connecting them to the internet and changing the way things are made, distributed, sold, used, reused, and recycled.

The White & Case team which advised Softbank on the transaction was led by partner Dan Turgel (Picture) with support from partners Tim Hickman and Marc Israel (all London), local partner Thilo Wienke (Dusseldorf) and associates Irina Kozlova, Harriet Doble and Luc Rosenberg (all London).
