Building Better, a National Housing Federation (NHF) backed group of 29 registered providers, set up their offsite homes framework. 

Building Better and Procurement for Housing selected the Association of Consultant Architects Framework Alliance Contract, FAC 1 as the form of contract to embody their collaborative approach to delivering their 800 home programme worth £600 million over 5 years which the Trowers team amended to embrace the relationship between Building Better and Procurement for Housing and the 3 selected manufacturers, Top Hat, Ilke Homes and Impact Modular.
