Bridgepoint’s £907 Million Initial Public Offering

Bridgepoint Group plc has completed its initial public offering and admission to the Official List in the U.K. and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The offer size (comprising a primary and secondary offering) is £907 million (including the exercise of the over-allotment option). The market capitalization of the company based on the opening price on the date of admission is £3.98 billion.
