Crystal Peak Acquisition (Crystal Peak) executed its US$150 million initial public offering of 15,000,000 Units and listing on Euronext Amsterdam, which included US$30 million in anchor investments.

Jefferies acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner on the IPO.

Crystal Peak is a Cayman Islands-incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by Michael Tobin, Rupert Robson and Seth Schelin and focused on targets in the EMEA digital and technology sectors.
