TPG’s Acquisition of Implantable Provider Group

TPG Growth executed its acquisition of Implantable Provider Group, Inc. (IPG), a leading provider of surgical cost management solutions.

TPG Growth, the middle-market and growth equity platform of alternative asset firm TPG, will partner with IPG’s existing management team to continue to foster existing customer relationships, and to expand the business. 

Deutsche Bank and TripleTree acted as financial advisors to TPG Growth in relation to this transaction. Citizens Capital Markets led a bank group that provided financing in support of this transaction.
