Tiba’s BRL23 Million Funding Round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados represented Tiba in the transaction.

Tiba raised BRL 23 million to serve small retailers with complete software.

With this space still like a blue ocean to be explored, Leandro Moura and Ramires Paiva founded Tiba. The company’s operating registration came out in the last days of 2021, but the company has already raised BRL 23 million in seed capital with managers Canary and Global Founders Capital (GFC).
