The Nassau Companies of New York announced cash tender offers for up to a combined US$100 million of outstanding debt securities issued by it and one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The company’s offers are for up to the aggregate principal amount of its 7.45% quarterly interest bonds due 2032 and of the 7.15% surplus notes due 2034 issued by Nassau Life Insurance Company.
