The CapStreet Group’s Majority Recapitalization of Credit Bureau Connection

Cadwalader advised Credit Bureau Connection on the deal.

Credit Bureau Connection (CBC), which offers credit reporting and compliance solutions to the automotive and general consumer finance industries, completed its majority recapitalization by private equity firm The CapStreet Group, LLC. Following the transaction, CBC will continue to operate under its current brand name. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1990, CapStreet invests in software, tech-enabled business services, and industrial business services companies in the lower-middle market.
