Sonnedix’s Acquisition Of A 37 MW Spanish Photovoltaic Portfolio

Watson Farley & Williams advised Sonnedix on the deal.

Sonnedix acquired a 36.8 MW operational photovoltaic portfolio of 22 regulated projects across Spain, owned by Kobus Partners.
