SoftBank Vision Fund 2’s $250 Million Funding Round in Zeta Investments

Morrison & Foerster LLP advised SoftBank Vision Fund 2 on the deal.

SoftBank Vision Fund II-2, L.P. (“SoftBank Vision Fund 2”) acted as lead investor in a $250 million funding round in Zeta Investments Holdings Pte. Ltd., a banking tech startup providing modern credit and debit processing, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), core banking, and mobile experiences. Zeta has a presence in the U.S., UK/Europe, LatAm, Middle East and Asia.

The transaction is one of the largest single investments in a banking tech startup globally, and will help accelerate Zeta’s growth in the United States and Europe, including scaling its operations, team, and platform to meet the demands of its expanding customer base.
