Sekisui House’s Acquisition of The Holt Group

Hearthstone and Morrison & Foerster advised SEKISUI HOUSE on the transaction, while Moelis & Company and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison advised The Holt Group on the deal.

SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan’s largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer announced that its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary SEKISUI HOUSE US HOLDINGS, LLC has acquired The Holt Group in a strategic transaction.

The transaction provides Holt with the long-term financial strength and technology to accelerate its growth trajectory and better serve customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
