Securitas AB’s $3.2 billion Acquisition of Stanley Black & Decker’s global electronic security and Healthcare Solutions

Stanley Black & Decker sold its global electronic security solutions healthcare solutions businesses to Securitas AB for $3.2 billion in cash.

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., formerly known as The Stanley Works, is a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware and provider of security products.

Securitas AB is a security services, monitoring, consulting and investigation group, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
