SEB Greentech’s Investment in Metry

DLA Piper assisted SEB Greentech Venture Capital on the deal.

SEB Greentech Venture Capital has acquired a part ownership stake in Metry, a Swedish company that collects data for sustainability reporting and more efficient use of buildings.

SEB Greentech Venture Capital invests in green technology, focusing on innovations that have a significant effect on reducing greenhouse gas emissions or preventing the planetary boundaries from being exceeded.

Metry, founded in 2012 by Joel Torkelsson and Magnus Hornef, helps property owners to use energy more efficiently by collecting data.

The team from DLA Piper mainly consisted of Gabriel Liska, Jacqueline Björklund and Mikael Moreira (Picture).
