Roku’s $503 Million At-The-Market Offering

Roku, Inc. executed its $503 million SEC-registered at-the-market offering, consisting of up to 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock.

Roku pioneered streaming to the TV and is capitalizing on this large economic opportunity as a leading TV streaming platform for users, content publishers and advertisers. Roku connects users to the streaming content they love, enables content publishers to build and monetize large audiences and provides advertisers with unique capabilities to engage consumers.
