Rogers Communications’ $750 Million Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes Offering

Rogers Communications Inc. executed its $750 million 144A/Reg. S offering of fixed-to-fixed rate subordinated notes. The transaction closed on February 11, 2022. 

Rogers Communications Inc. is one of Canada’s largest providers of wireless communication services, including cable television, high-speed internet and telephony services.
