Revolut Ltd’s Series E Fundraising

Slaughter and May advised SoftBank Vision Fund 2 on the matter. Ashurst advised Sprints Capital.

SoftBank Vision Fund 2 was the lead investor in Revolut Ltd’s (“Revolut”) series E fundraising.

SVF2 is leading the $800m round, valuing Revolut at approximately $33 billion, making it the most valuable fintech company in the UK.  Revolut will use the investment to continue work to build the first global financial superapp.

Revolut is a financial technology company that offers banking services.
