Ragnar’s Investment in Pulsenmore

Herzog Fox & Neeman advised Ragnar on the deal.

The Ragnar fund has invested in Pulsenmore, a company that manufactures and sells ultrasound devices that can be used by expectant mothers at home. 

The Ragnar fund is a new crossover fund that was founded by the partners of the Alpha Funds Group, and is mandated to invest in companies before they go public.

The Herzog Fox & Neeman team was led by partners Adam Salkin (Picture), Itay Lavi and associate David Azimov.
