Plint’s Acquisition of KM Studio

TM & Partners has advised Plint on the deal.

Plint Holding AB acquired 100% of the shares of KM Studio, a Swedish company who offer Dub services to the media industry.

Plint is a Swedish linguistics and media tech company which specialises in translation and subtitling within the media industry. Plint delivers its products to a plethora of bigger companies such as Netflix, Volvo and IKEA. KM Studio offers dubbing within the same industry and these will now unify under the same roof. 

KM Studio have been delivering the very best in Dub, with a history that stretches back over 30 years. With studios in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki and Berlin and a production hub in Karlskoga, KM offer a complete Nordic package with additional capabilities in Germany.

Plint and KM Studio have collaborated on many projects, and this transaction brings these two Swedish companies under one roof. Our collective customers will be able to take advantage of a much larger assortment of languages and services.
