PKN ORLEN’s PLN 1 Billion ESG-Linked Bonds Offering

PKN ORLEN S.A. completed the issuance of ESG-linked bonds in the amount of PLN 1 billion.

The ESG-linked bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and can be introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Gielda Papierów Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A.).
