P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”) developed a project for a new Amazon distribution centre located in San Salvo, Chieti in Italy’s Abruzzo region.
The approximately 189,000 sqm multistorey warehouse has been designed according to the most innovative trends in terms of sustainability, with the aim of achieving an ‘Excellent’ rated BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification.
P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties focussed on providing customers with high-class occupancy experience in key locations across the continent. Headquartered in Prague, the company has over 6.3m m² of lettable area and 1.2m m² of space to develop. P3 is active in 12 countries and has been investing and developing in European markets for more than two decades offering integrated development, asset and property management services.
