Occlutech Holding AG’s Private Placement of Swedish Depositary Receipts

Baker McKenzie advised Occlutech Holding AG on the deal.

Occlutech Holding AG executed a private placement of Swedish Depositary Receipts worth SEK 450 million (approximately CHF 46 million) to the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, Carnegie Private Banking and certain other investors. Each SDR represents a common share in Occlutech.

Occlutech is a leading specialist provider of minimally invasive structural heart disease devices, addressing congenital heart defects, stroke prevention and heart failure. 

Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) acted as the sole financial adviser to Occlutech.
