The public debt offering by NXP B.V., NXP Funding LLC and NXP USA, Inc. consisted of $500 million principal amount of 4.400% senior notes due 2027 and $1 billion principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2033. The notes are guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by NXP Semiconductors N.V.
The 5.000% senior notes due 2033 are designated as “green bonds,” the net proceeds of which will be used to fund Eligible Green Projects.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as representatives of each of the underwriters for the offering.
