Norse Atlantic Airways’ NOK 1,275 Shares Private Placement

Wiersholm acted as legal advisor to Norse Atlantic Airways, while Wikborg Rein assisted Arctic Securities, Pareto Securities and SB1M.

Norse Atlantic Airline announced a private placement of NOK 1,275 million and the application for listing on Euronext Growth Oslo.

The private placement has been successfully placed through the allocation of 63,750,000 new shares in the company. The private placement attracted very strong interest among investors, as reported by Dagens Næringsliv and other news media.

Norse Atlantic Airlines has also applied to have its shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo, with the first day of trading expected to be on or about 12 April 2021.

Norse Atlantic Airways is a new innovative airline serving the low-cost, intercontinental market between popular European and US destinations with a fleet of modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
