Netcompany’s DKK 2.8 Billion Sustainability-Linked Credit Facility

Plesner advised Netcompany on the deal.

Netcompany has signed the first five-year sustainability-linked revolving credit facility in company history of DKK 2.8bn. With the facility, Netcompany has set ambitious targets to further support its existing sustainability initiatives. These include targets to increase the share of women across the organisation as well as to increase the share of renewable energy.

The facility is aligned with Netcompany’s overall sustainability agenda, where ambitious environmental, social and governance (ESG) targets make the way for Netcompany’s overall purpose to enable strong, sustainable societies.

Netcompany was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in Copenhagen. In the fall of 2021, Netcompany acquired Intrasoft International (now Netcompany-Intrasoft) thereby adding 2,800 employees. Netcompany today is an international business with more than 6,500 employees working from 17 different countries serving a wide array of customers in their digital transformation journeys in public and private sectors across Europe.
