Mood Media’s Acquisition of PlayNetwork

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison represented Octave Group in the transaction, while Paul Hastings represented Mood Media.

Mood Media, a leading in-store media solutions company, executed the acquisition of PlayNetwork from Octave Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mood’s customers include businesses of all sizes and market sectors, from the world’s most recognized retailers and hotels to quick-service restaurants, local banks and thousands of small businesses.

PlayNetwork offers in-store entertainment media to over 400 customer brands at more than 100,000 locations in 115 countries.
