Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing’s Joint Venture With Countryside

Devonshires acted for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing.

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) agreed for a joint venture with Countryside, in connection with regeneration of the Clapham Park estate.

The multi-phase regeneration scheme will deliver just shy of 2,500 homes across 17 sites over 6 Phases when complete, with the scheme having a development land value of over a £1bn and over half of dwellings to be delivered being affordable housing. The scheme will also comprise new commercial retail units, community space, highway and infrastructure improvements.
