Meridia’s €12 Million Acquisition of a Building in Madrid

Cuatrecasas has advised Meridia RE IV Proyecto 13 on the transaction.

Meridia RE IV Proyecto 13, a subsidiary of Meridia RE IV, executed the acquisition of a large building in Madrid for €12 million. With this property, located on calle Julián Camarillo 22, Meridia expands its real estate portfolio in Spain.

The transaction enables Meridia to consolidate its position in one of the most sought-after areas of the capital, where it already has a strong presence. The fund manager plans to complete a series of renovations to improve and reposition the asset, which has 20,188 sqm of floor space and 180 parking spaces.

Meridia RE IV, SOCIMI, S.A.U. is a Listed Real Estate Investment Company (REIT) specialized in the ownership and management of real estate assets located primarily in Madrid and Barcelona.
