Piper Alderman advised Lindsay Dynan on its merger with international consulting group, Hatch.
Hatch has welcomed Lindsay Dynan—an Australian engineering consultancy with over 35 years of diverse experience with transportation, infrastructure, and natural resource—into its global network as part of Hatch’s global Infrastructure team.
This new combination will provide a solid contribution to Hatch’s position as a premier, highly integrated engineering solutions provider across the project life cycle in Australia and around the globe.
Lindsay Dynan brings to the integration robust civil and structural capabilities and construction services in the built environment, with a solid reputation of being highly responsive to client needs with an established footprint across Australia.
Hatch brings its global multidisciplinary staff with broad design and construction expertise in infrastructure, from freight and passenger rail to corridors and terminals, as well as aviation, ports, tunnels, bridges, and rail systems.
Piper Alderman assisted the board of Lindsay Dynan with negotiating and implementing the transaction documents with a team led by Partner, Lis Boyce (Picture), and Associate, Egor Serov and Law Clerk Samiha Asim. The corporate team was supported by Joe Murphy, advising on employment aspects of the deal.
