Taylor Wessing advised Lifento Care Pan European on the deal.
LIFENTO, a pure player healthcare real estate management company, announces that it has completed the acquisition of a nursing home in Germany operated by Domus Cura Group. The acquisition was realized on behalf of LIFENTO’s open-ended investment trust, LIFENTO CARE PANEUROPEAN.
Domus Cura Group’s medical nursing home has a capacity of 101 beds and a total surface area of 5,289 m². The investment amount is €12 million.
The 30-year lease, of which 20 years are firm, commits LIFENTO and Domus Cura to a long-term partnership and is part of a ten-year investment plan. The objective is twofold: to improve the asset as a whole in order to better meet the needs of residents and their families, and to enhance the environmental, energy and extra-financial performance of the facility.
This asset brings LIFENTO CARE PANEUROPEAN’s investments to €130 million, with the aim of reaching €150 million by the end of the year.
Created in 2018, LIFENTO is a management company that innovates in the management of real estate funds specialising in healthcare. It supports professional investors in their investment strategy.
