LEG Immobilien SE’s Third Scrip Dividend

Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft paid the third scrip dividend and the related rights issue by LEG Immobilien SE.

The shareholders’ meeting of LEG Immobilien SE resolved a dividend payment of EUR 4.07 per share on 19 May 2022. The shareholders were given the choice of receiving the dividend in cash or in the form of shares of LEG Immobilien SE. To create the 1,269,651 new shares, LEG Immobilien SE increased its share capital by making use of authorized capital.
