Koppers’ $800 Million Credit Facility

Winston & Strawn represented Koppers, while Cahill represented PNC Bank, National Association and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agents, and PNC Capital Markets LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Fifth Third Bank, National Association, Citizens Bank, N.A. and Truist Securities, Inc., as lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, in the transaction.

Koppers Inc., a subsidiary of Koppers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KOP), executed a $800,000,000 revolving credit facility.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit.

Koppers Holdings Inc. is an integrated global producer of carbon compounds, chemicals, and treated wood products for the aluminum, railroad, specialty chemical, utility, rubber, steel, residential lumber, and agriculture industries.
