KKR And Fokus Asset Management’s Acquisition of Residential Real Estate Portfolio in Copenhagen Close

Bech-Bruun and Sidley assisted KKR and Fokus Asset Management on the deal.

In collaboration with Fokus Asset Management, KKR, a leading global investment firm, has acquired a residential real estate portfolio consisting of more than 300 units across nine properties located in central and Greater Copenhagen.
