Kiwi.com’s €100 Million Convertible Bonds Private Placement

Weil has advised Kiwi.com on the offering.

Kiwi.com, a leading travel technology company and portfolio company of General Atlantic headquartered in the Czech Republic, announced a capital investment of €100 million, one of the largest of its size for a Czech start-up.

The investment is in the form of a private placement of convertible bonds and will be used to support the company’s continued growth as Kiwi.com bolsters its position in the global travel industry.

Jefferies International Limited and Barclays Bank Ireland PLC acted as placement agents in connection with the offering.
