Kimball International’s Acquisition Of Poppin Inc.

Kimball International, Inc., a leading design driven furniture manufacturer, announced its acquisition of Poppin, Inc., a tech-enabled B2B commercial furniture design company, for $110 million with potential for additional contingent payments equal to $70 million. The acquisition of Poppin is expected to accelerate Kimball’s eBusiness platform, and continues the company’s mission to be a leading omnichannel commercial furnishings design powerhouse supported by strong manufacturing and sourcing infrastructure. The deal was announced on November 4, 2020.
