Keensight Capital announced the LBO on Valiantys, a leading global consulting and services firm dedicated to Atlassian, structured with the management team and Tercera Capital.

Valiantys has built an exceptional relationship with Atlassian, a leading provider of team collaboration and productivity software, and boasts a strong track record of organic growth with €98M revenues in 2021, up 73% year-over-year. It is currently operating in France, Switzerland, UK, Benelux, USA, and Canada – and aiming to scale its team to 300 this year.

Valiantys received the Atlassian Partner of the Year award seven times, including most recently in the Enterprise Services category.  Valiantys has been the first to achieve the two current key Atlassian specializations: Agile at Scale and Cloud. This elevates Valiantys’ portfolio of service offerings, including business agility, cloud migrations and consolidation, IT and enterprise service management, and 24/7 support coverage.

Keensight Capital aims to support Valiantys and its teams led by Lucas Dussurget in accelerating strategic acquisitions, growing their talent pool, and expanding their international footprint.

Paul Hastings’ team on this transaction was led by Olivier Deren (Partner, Picture) and included Charlotte Dupont (Of Counsel) and Amandine Guignard (Associate) on the contractual and corporate aspects, Allard de Waal (Partner) and Alban Castarède (Associate) on the tax aspects, as well as Stéphane Henry (Partner) and Alexandre Ruiz (Associate) on the employment law aspects.

The shareholders and management of the Valiantys group were advised by Dentons (Olivier Genevois, Guillaume Kessler and Jérôme le Berre, partners, and Clémence Breuil and Caroline Pucel, associates), with Bird & Bird (Bertrand Levy, partner) advising Tercera.

Allen & Overy (Géraldine Lemzi, partner, Constance Frayssineau, associate) advised Keensight Capital on the unitranche financing provided by Bridgepoint Credit, which was advised by Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
