JANA Partners’ Cooperation Agreement with Board of Mercury Systems

JANA Partners closed its agreement with Mercury Systems, Inc. which saw Mercury Systems Inc. add new independent directors to its Board of Directors. JANA owns more than 5% of the common stock in Mercury Systems Inc., a leader in trusted, secure mission-critical technologies for aerospace and defense.

JANA Partners LLC was founded in 2001 by Barry Rosenstein. JANA typically applies a fundamental value discipline to identify undervalued public companies and utilizes shareholder engagement to unlock that value.
