Clifford Chance has advised Diamond Generating Europe B.V. on the deal.
Diamond Generating Europe B.V. (DGE) sold its 50 percent interest in the offshore wind farm Luchterduinen to INPEX Renewable Energy Europe Limited. The Clifford Chance team advised on the full suite of the sell side auction process.
The Luchterduinen offshore wind farm is located 23 kilometers offshore Noordwijk and has been in commercial operation since 2015 with an output scale of 129 MW produced by 43 3-MW units.
