IMMOFONDS’ Acquisition of Four Real Estates in Ticino

IMMOFONDS closed its acquisition of four real estates comprising of 48 apartments with 1.5 to 4.5 rooms in Lugano, thus expanding its geographical reach to southern Switzerland. The apartment in Viganello is attractive. 

With the acquisition of the residential property at Via Crocetta 25, 25A, 27, 27A in Lugano, IMMOFONDS is expanding its regional coverage to southern Switzerland.

The multi-family houses built in 1975 were renovated in 2009 and are in good condition. In the coming years, to improve the CO2 balance, fossil fuel heating will be replaced by environmentally friendly heating and the use of photovoltaics will be examined.
