HSBC REIM’s Acquisition Of Codic Native Building

HSBC REIM, acting on behalf of SCPI Élysées Pierre, finalised the acquisition in the future state of completion of the Native building from Codic.

The building, which is scheduled for delivery in November 2021, will be situated in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

The Native building, which is already 85% pre-leased by Orange, will develop a surface area of 19,000 m² on 9 levels and 3 basement levels. It will benefit from all the qualities of a prime building and will allow the integration of new office uses: third places, connected terraces, reversible spaces and connected services.

The building targets the BREEAM, HQE and WiredScore certifications.

Clifford Chance advised HSBC REIM on this transaction with a team made up of Alexandre Couturier (Picture), partner, Anne-Sophie Plé, counsel, and Nawel Belabdelouahab, associate.
