Hortifrut’s $106 Million Loan

Hortifrut Inversiones Internacionales S.A. secured a $106 Million loan from Banco Santander Chile and Scotiabank Chile in order to parcially finance the acquisition of Talsa Berries S.A.C.

Hortifrut SA operates farms that produce fruits. The Company, led by Juan Ignacio Allende Conelly, Ignacio Larrain Arroyo and Carlos Jara Arbert, produces and markets fresh berries, in different parts of the world, allowing their products to reach North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia. Hortifrut SA in 2017 recorded $420 Million Revenues.
