Highlander Partners, a leading private investment firm based in the United States, sold its portfolio company Rotometal, a bespoke designer and producer of products serving the printing and converting industries.
The transaction was conducted in the form of a management buy-out, led by Grzegorz Dolbniak, the current CEO of Rotometal.
