Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s $374 Million Acquisition of Zerto

Zerto, an industry leader in cloud data management and protection, announced its definitive agreement to be acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE). The transaction is valued at $374 million.

The transaction is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of HPE’s fiscal year 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
