Global Infrastructure Solutions 4’s €1.4 Billion Fundraising

Fried Frank acted as counsel to BlackRock in the formation and fundraising of its fourth vintage flagship infrastructure multi-manager fund, Global Infrastructure Solutions 4.

BlackRock executed the formation of Global Infrastructure Solutions 4 (known as “GIS 4”) with total commitments at final closing reaching €1.4 billion, significantly exceeding its target.

GIS 4 is a globally diversified infrastructure multi-manager equity fund that offers investors the option to build and manage exposure to infrastructure equity globally, providing access to a portfolio of funds and co-investments across EMEA, North America and APAC.
