Global Infrastructure Partners’ $500 Million Capital Facility to BrightNight

Taft Stettinius & Hollister advised BrightNight LLC on the deal.

BrightNight LLC raised $500 million of private structured capital. Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and co-investors have invested in BrightNight, a renewable energy company, to fund the company’s development efforts and the construction and operation of its projects.
