European law firm Fieldfisher announced the launch of its second One Firm Action initiative, following the groundbreaking success of its inaugural 2022 / 2023 campaign. The firm’s international network is coming together again to raise funds and contribute value to philanthropic causes across the globe.
One Firm Action was conceived as a core leadership pledge by Managing Partner Robert Shooter and embodies the firm’s commitment to embracing sustainability by addressing local and global issues through a range of charitable activities. The initiative fosters sustained, year-round efforts to raise funds and make a tangible difference in the communities where Fieldfisher operates.
The first One Firm Action campaign, launched in December 2022, far exceeded its initial fundraising target. With the partnership matching funds of £250,000, the initiative raised over £526,000, supporting 15 charities across the international network. From the funny to the flamboyant, people across the firm embraced various activities to fundraise and have fun with their teams. From comedy nights and ballroom dancing competitions to mountain climbing and endurance challenges, colleagues embraced the opportunity to get behind a unified cause and collectively raise vital funds for the firm’s community partners. From funding the refurbishment of a children’s hospital ward in France to enabling a suicide prevention helpline for young people become 24/7 in the UK – together people at the firm helped contribute to tangible impact in people’s lives.
For the 2025 / 2026 campaign, the firm has again set a value contribution goal of £250,000, and the Fieldfisher partnership will continue its matched investment of £250,000. This year, Fieldfisher is embedding sustainability into its operations by focusing on the core themes of people, planet, and purpose & prosperity across all its activities.
This year’s One Firm Action will demonstrate an expanded value based commitment to charitable partners by incorporating pro bono and skills volunteering support, complementing monetary donations with valuable expertise and skills.
The entire firm will support a variety of charities across 13 countries, championing causes such as poverty reduction, the promotion of education and well-being, and the tackling of inequalities.

The One Firm Action 2025 / 2026 campaign will run until the end of the firm’s financial year on 31 March 2026.
