Exsitec’s SEK 95 Million Acquisition of Spot On AB And Strategibyrån NOGA

Delphi advised Exsitec on the deal.

Exsitec AB announced the acquisition of all shares in Spot on Solutions i Norden AB, also including the wholly-owned subsidiary Strategibyrån NOGA aktiebolag.

The purchase price amounts to a maximum of SEK 95 million and payment is partly made by a share issue in Exsitec Holding AB with payment by way of set off against part of purchase price.

Spot On is specialised in e-commerce and a market leader on the platform Litium.

Exsitec has around 500 employees and the company’s share is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
